Hello and welcome to my website! My name is David Gill and I am a marriage celebrant based in Croydon North, Victoria. Throughout the year, I am a Music, Drama and English teacher, and towards the end of the year, I am also a professional Santa Claus character actor. I became a qualified marriage celebrant because I love weddings (after going through the process of my own!) and felt that I could channel my fun and warm personality into them. I am a perfectionist and will do everything I can to ensure each couple has the perfect ceremony.
Fun Facts
I am a Gold Coast Suns (AFL) supporter and member (maybe the only one you’ll ever know?!).
If I had to only listen to one album for the rest of my life, it would be American Idiot by Green Day (but followed closely by In My Room by Jacob Collier).
I grew up in Bishop Auckland, England, moving to Melbourne in 2004.
My wife and I were married on the 23rd of December and had Santa Claus show up to our wedding reception.
I WILL dress up in a costume at your wedding if you really want me to.
